- In order to provide a planned and efficient recruitment service, we would initially require the following information, - Category and required number of personnel along with comprehensive job descriptions.
- Minimum qualifications and experience requirements.
- Complete terms and conditions of employment in line with the stipulations of Sri Lanka Bureau of Foreign Employment (SLBFE) Expected date of mobilization of selected applicants.
- Sri Lanka Bureau of Foreign Employment (SLBFE) is a government institution established under a special Act of Parliament to oversee and regulate recruitment of Sri Lankans for overseas employment.
- Prior approval of SLBFE is mandatory to carry out any overseas recruitment in Sri Lanka for which following documents are required.
- Demand letter
- Special Power of Attorney
- Recruitment Service Agreement
- All above documents must be on client’s official letter-head bearing official seal and signed by an authorised officer of the client and preferably endorsed by the Embassy or High Commission of Sri Lanka.
